What is AboutBitcoin.io?

AboutBitcoin.io is a website dedicated to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

The site was founded in early 2019, but the backroom staff has been into cryptocurrencies much longer. Our authors have followed the crypto market actively since 2016. We want to share our vast experience with you, the reader.

The purpose of this site is to offer objective information about cryptocurrencies. We also cover key technologies and we give you step-by-step guides on how to use the most popular exchanges.

Our goal is never to shill a coin to our audience. We offer high-quality information to crypto enthusiasts and help them make better investment decisions.

Who runs AboutBitcoin.io?

AboutBitcoin.io is run by an Estonian online marketing firm Liike Miehet OU. The company is owned by Finnish businessmen with extensive experience in online business and cryptocurrencies. The headquarters are located in Tallinn, Estonia.

Media Investing OU is the official partner of the site. Media Investing is responsible for search engine optimization and handles some of our digital marketing operations.

Liike Miehet OU runs also other cryptocurrency websites. The biggest site is Bitcoinkeskus.com, which is the leading cryptocurrency website in Finland. There are also three other Finnish sites: Cryptokolikot.com, Kryptohuone.com, and Kryptokansalainen.fi. The Norwegian crypto site Bitcoinsentralen.no is also part of the Liike Miehet OU portfolio.

The head analyst is Antti Hyppänen, who is one of the Liike Miehet OU owners. Antti is also the head analyst of Bitcoinkeskus and writes columns for Nordnet, which is Scandinavia’s biggest online stockbroker.
